JOB SUMMARY

The Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Analyst is responsible for security management, reporting, and documentation of the overall HR systems landscape. Responsible for monitoring integrations between HR systems and other related systems and resolving any errors. This role also provides production support and documents processes for Human Resources. Additional responsibilities revolve around data integrity, system security, end user set up and training.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

1. General HRIS Support

o Update and modify codes, tables, reports, and other systems applications to meet changing requirements of the Company.

o Develop business requirements, process maps, standard operating procedures and other documentation for HR solutions. Participate in development and creation of overall strategic plan for HR systems.

o Assume responsibility of data integrity: perform analysis of current state of data integrity, work with HR and other groups to define data integrity standard, and then implement protocols and procedures to mitigate data integrity issues in the future and "clean up" existing errors.

o Create new reports using ADP Reporting, produce reports for stakeholders as needed.

o Complete required governmental reporting (EEO1, California Pay Data, etc.)

o Partner with HR Shared Services team to ensure team is empowered to support Tier 0/Tier 1 inquiries and transactions. Serve as a Tier 2/Tier 3 escalation point of contact for HRIS related questions and issues.

o Monitor HR system processes and inbound/outbound interfaces and communicates issues/changes to impacted parties and process owners.

o Responsible for partnering with subject matter experts both within and outside of the HR Team to understand system, process and reporting needs.

o Provide recommendations to management for improvements, enhancements, and more effective data and system reporting.

o Creates and executes testing plan for system scripts used in development and production environments.

o Participate in the implementation of new HR systems.

2. Product Management

o Provide primary systems support and partner with the various Human Resources teams (Total Rewards, L&D, Team Member Relations, etc.) on day-to-day administration and configuration changes as needed.

o Monitor connectivity between the company and the vendor, resolve errors as needed.

o Research and resolve ad-hoc functionality issues and during release cycles.

o Create reports and manage changes to existing reports (using Excel and MS Access).

o Create, load, test and launch new configurations, templates, workstreams in partnership with Total Rewards teams.

3. Documentation and Training

o Create and update relevant user and administrator documentation as it pertains to HR Systems.

o Help develop and implement training for HR team members and remote users with respect to system access and utilization.

4. Security

o Manage security administration of HR business systems. Ensure that HRIS system is compliant with company system security standards. Keep system access current. Ensure that security controls are in place.

o Review current security & propose changes as needed for alignment to business.

o Drive security audit reviews on a regular cadence to ensure ongoing compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Aptitude to make data-driven recommendations, understand competing business priorities, and make prudent trade-offs while driving results to deadlines.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel)

  • Must be capable of maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion.

  • Attention to detail with creative problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Ability to work in diverse, fast paced environment collaborating and building strong relationships with varying team members.

  • High School diploma or General Educational Development (G.E.D.)

  • 3+ years of experience working in Human Resources

  • 2+ years of HRIS administration

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • 2+ years of experience working with ADP Vantage and ADP MyADP products

  • Knowledge of creating reports with SQL, Crystal Reports, Access, Excel.

Benefits Summary

Compensation Summary

All Employees: Free Club Membership, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Basic Group Live and AD&D Insurance ($10,000), and 401k Savings and Investment Plan.

Average of 30 hours or more per week: Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits, Paid Time Off, and Sickness Benefits (in addition to the above).

Washington State : Receive 40 hours of sick time on your first day of employment. After 6 months of employment, accrue 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 120 hours, inclusive of time carried over.

Actual offer may vary from posted hiring range based on location, work experience, and/or education.

Salary range will vary based on geography of the applicant. Pay Range for Los Angeles, Orange County and Seattle: $73,140.00-$91,425.00 (Exempt), $35.16-$43.95 (Non-Exempt) Pay Range for Bay Area (California) & New York City (incl. New Jersey): $76,320.00-$95,400.00 (Exempt), $36.69-$45.87 (Non-Exempt) Pay Range for San Diego & Carlsbad (California) and all other locations: $68,688.00-$85,860.00 (Exempt), $33.02-$41.28 (Non-Exempt)
