JOB SUMMARY -
The Programs and Partnerships Manager owns and fosters the organization's relationships with all key content fitness partners, leads vendor program selection, implementation and performance measurement in both group and personal training, and manages the coordination of vendor programming, communications and event planning.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Estimated % of Role
Develops and maintains partnerships with select fitness vendors to create, promote and coordinate an engaging fitness experience.
Manages all contractual elements with fitness vendors to ensure agreements are upheld and leveraged appropriately.
Develops and delivers an annual operating plan with each key vendor/partner.
Works collaboratively and cross functionally to create and help drive execution for national and regional events that promote brand awareness, increase guest traffic and increase member retention.
Leverages vendor education/training budget to ensure a return on investment.
Reviews and evaluates new fitness partnership requests, analyzes viability and provides go/no-go recommendations to senior leadership.
Partners with marketing to develop communications related to special events, projects and vendor partnerships.
Collaborates with the social media team to develop targeted strategies and avenues to leverage social media for vendor brand awareness and market special events.
Reporting and Administration
Utilizes data analytics, customer feedback and industry insights to support the development and assessment of new fitness programs or enhancements to existing programs.
Reviews key partner programs and resources as outlined in individual contracts and provide plans for continuous improvement.
In partnership with the procurement team, administers the contract renewal process with vendor partners.
Coordinates charitable event strategies in partnership with vendors.
This position reports to the Director, Programs and Education and collaborates with corporate, field and external vendor partners.

Minimum Educational Level/Certifications
§ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications
§ 3+ years in a functional manager/project management role in a complex business environment
§ Prior experience managing multiple parallel projects
§ Minimum of 1 year of management experience in fitness related field
§ Experience managing product implementation process
Physical Demands/ Environmental Conditions
§ Must be able to work on a computer for extended periods of time
§ Must be able to work extended hours on occasion
- Car and air travel on occasion, up to 25% of the time.
