JOB SUMMARY
The P.A.S.E. Setter (Coach) is responsible for delivering exceptional HIIT training sessions for clients. Must have demonstrated ability to coach and manage time while motivating clients in a small group setting (up to 18 people in class). The P.A.S.E. Setter (Coach) is responsible for focusing on all aspects of providing a well-rounded HIIT experience while balancing endurance, strength and mindset to enhance the client experience, teach class based on programming (set class formats with exercise routines pre-programmed), engage clients -10 min before / after class, add coaching and personal attention for premium class participants; serve as brand advocate and promote the class in her social media channels. The P.A.S.E. Setter (Coach) will undergo training and certification by Technogym (premium equipment manufacturer and fitness content producer). The coach's mission is to inspire and energize clients and provide superior customer service at all times to drive class attendance, client satisfaction and retention.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES Estimated % of Time Spent
- Lead Small Group Training Classes
Deliver an outstanding small group training experience for clients.
Coach and motivate clients during class.
Inspire and support before and after class (10 min before and after class window)
Serve as brand ambassador for P.A.S.E. Factor
Provide modifications as needed to accommodate varying fitness levels.
Correct exercise form as needed to prevent injury.
Inform clients of the fitness tools available to assist them in achieving their goals.
Set expectations and hold clients accountable to their fitness programs through goal setting, follow up discussions, and tracking progress.
Demonstrate safe and proper exercise technique to clients.
Arrive on time, prepared, enthusiastic, and attentive for every class. 90%

Attends and contributes to all required regional meetings and other regularly scheduled meetings as required.

ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS
The P.A.S.E. Setter (Coach) reports to the club P.A.S.E. Leader (Manager). This position does not have any direct reports.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Dynamic and energetic with ability to lead and motivate people of all fitness levels.
Understand principles of physical fitness and proper exercise technique.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
Adjust and operate fitness equipment.
Ability to perform a variety of exercise routines.
Possess excellent customer service skills.
Minimum Educational Level/Certifications
High School Diploma or GED
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Degree in a related field or approved Personal Training Certification.
Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications
6+ months leading Small/Group fitness classes (HIIT / Bootcamp, Spinning / Cycling and Dance modalities are preferred)
Experience at major premium HIIT fitness studios preferred
Presence in social media channels and following in the fitness space is a plus
Personal Trainer experience preferred but not required.
Physical Demands/ Environmental Conditions
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Physical effort required for daily duties include lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job the team member is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.
The noise level in the environment is occasionally loud.
Extended workdays are a frequent occurrence, as are weekends and holidays as needed to support the business.

Compensation Summary
All Employees: Free Club Membership, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Basic Group Live and AD&D Insurance ($10,000), and 401k Savings and Investment Plan.
Average of 30 hours or more per week: Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits, Paid Time Off, and Sickness Benefits (in addition to the above).
Actual offer may vary from posted hiring range based on location, work experience, and/or education.
