About the 24 Hour Fitness Data & Analytics Team
The D&A Team is responsible for providing quantitative analysis and a strategic perspective to our business partners throughout the organization. As a member of the D&A Team you will support business units across the organization using customized data and producing regular reports to illustrate business performance. The Data Analyst uses data to tell a story, identify trends and create insights to support better decisions.
Create reports and data visualizations with minimal direction
Develop data-based solutions and present relevant information to non-specialist forums
Work with business stakeholders to design robust metrics and self-service reporting
Explore, verify and automate datasets
Effectively apply developing skills to projects
Share knowledge in order to better the team
- This role reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Advanced Analytics and will partner cross-functionally with the rest of the team
- 3+ years of work experience in data analytics. Work experience would include:
-Scripting with SQL to pull data and adapt quantitative techniques to solve problems.
-Analyzing large data sets and deriving actionable insights.
-Experience across multiple big data platforms, in particular Snowflake.
-Proficiency with Microsoft office suite; intermediate excel skills required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Data Analytics or equivalent.
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to get things done and work independently
Ability to operate in a high-paced and dynamic environment
