The Corporate Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining the integrity of corporate sales data in various system applications. This position supports all branches of the Corporate Sales and Media Sales teams, through enforcement of channel guidelines and company policy and procedures.

  1. 1. Support the Corporate Sales business
  • Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all account information for both new and existing Corporate clients in both the Salesforce CRM application as well as the Oracle system

  • Responsible for entering and maintaining Corporate pricing for new and existing clients

  • Partner with Sales Representatives to ensure all necessary information is gathered and recorded accurately and inform manager if issues:

  • Serve as a trusted resource and point of contact the sales team can count on for guidance and processing information

  • Supports the Account Executive , Corporate Account Managers and Client Service Manager in processing requests received from our Corporate clients including but not limited to:

  • Verify and maintain client banking information on file

  • Modify and edit existing agreement documents ensuring all data on agreements comply with rate card and is in a presentable format

  • Allocate revenue received via the lock box and ensure the appropriate clubs have been identified by the Sales team based on the business rules

  • Maintains, review and audit account pricing in Oracle for both master and add-on memberships

  • Fulfill client certificate and pass orders

  • Responsible for maintaining individual certificate inventory

  • Accurately enter client information into UPS campus ship

  • Identify and research redemption status of certificates using company applications

  • Responsible for maintaining the Corporate Sales email box and ensuring all inquiries are answered within a 24 business hour turnaround time.


  1. 2. Support Media Sales Business
  • Supports the Media Representatives and the Director of Media Sales in processing requests received from our Media clients including but not limited to:

  • Serve as a trusted resource and point of contact the sales team can count on for guidance and processing information

  • Liaison between outside media vendor and clients to facilitate customer service issues

  • Maintain and modify all account information for new and resign media sales clients in Salesforce, Oracle and outside vendor applications

  • Partner with Media Representatives to ensure all necessary information is gathered and recorded


  1. 3. Auditing, Reporting and Other Duties as Assigned
  • Complete daily audit of peers deals for accuracy and adherence guidelines using channel processes.

  • Review Oracle reporting to ensure correct revenue allocation. Review and ensure all sales reps are properly identified for proper commission reporting

  • Salesforce Admin

  • Higher level access, so resource to Medial and Corp Sales business partners

  • Understand how to create opportunities for the various sales channels

  • Update records, templates and agreements

  • Troubleshoot as needed

  • Ad Hoc auditing and report updating as needed or assigned





This position works in partnerships with the Corporate Sales and Media Sales Teams. Must be able to develop a good working relationship with all departments and all levels of management.

Minimum Educational Level/Certifications

  • High School diploma or General Educational Development (G.E.D.).

Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications

  • 1+ years of work experience.

Physical Demands/ Environmental Conditions

  • Able to perform 8 hours of work daily in an office environment.

  • May occasionally need to lift or move up to 20 pounds.

  • Regularly required to work standard office equipment (personal computer, photocopy machine, fax machine, etc.)

  • Ability to work on a computer up to 8 hours a day.

  • Regularly required to sit for long periods of time, and occasionally stand and walk.

  • Regularly required to use hands to operate computer and other office equipment.

  • Close vision required for computer usage.

  • Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, climb and lift up to 10 pounds.

  • Work is performed in a standard office environment without unpleasant or hazardous conditions. Work entails typical physical demands involved in office work.
