JOB SUMMARY

The Recovery Specialist (iCRYO) delivers an outstanding and well-rounded wellness experience to all guests and members by educating guests on iCRYO products and services. The Recovery Specialist builds relationships and translates the value of iCRYO offerings and has a strong focus on behaviors that drive member acquisition and retention. The Recovery Specialist is responsible for performing select, non-medical, services, maintaining a clean environment and following safety protocols within the center.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES Estimated % of Time Spent

Guest Experience

  • Executes the CARE sales model with each guest and passionately relate how iCRYO's products/services will satisfy their wellness needs.

  • Tours potential members through the center and describes the facility, equipment, services and products that can support individual wellness goals.

  • Communicates membership and package offers in a clear and concise manner using Company provided presentation tools.

  • Accurately enters members into Company point-of-sale (POS) system following iCRYO processes and protocols.

  • Consistently achieves or exceed personal and team sales goals. 40%

Member Service

  • Partners with Center Manager to provide a best-in-class, member-centric experience that strengthens member relationships and builds member retention.

  • Ensures members receive a friendly greeting/check-in and prompt attention to their needs.

  • Performs non-medical services professionally and timely with a focus of safety.

  • Maintains name relationships with members and serving as a resource for their questions or concerns.

  • Provides a clean, friendly, well-maintained center.

  • Understands and follows center safety protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe environment for team members and members. 30%

Prospecting and Lead Generation

  • Obtains leads externally from within the community using company provided tools/programs. (i.e. Community outreach/Local Promotions, Corporate Sales on-sites).

  • Generates leads/new business internally through member promotions, referrals, the dissemination of provided marketing assets.

  • Works with club team members to generate leads within the facility.

  • Contacts leads via phone/text to offer upgrades, package/membership renewals, and/or schedule first time visits.

  • Communicates and promotes marketing campaigns to leads and members.

  • Manages and follows up on leads/new business.

  • Executes daily planner to track and plan for successful lead management and selling activities.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed personal productivity goals. 30%

ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS

Reports to the Center Manager (iCRYO). Communicates and interacts with club members, prospective members and outside/third party vendors. This position does not have any direct reports.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • In-depth knowledge and experience with sales practices and techniques.

  • General understanding of Fitness and/or Wellness Industry.

  • Ability to work with computers.

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work as part of a team.

  • Ability to operate Point of Sale (POS) System.

  • General mathematical skills required to accurately compute and complete required functions.

  • Understanding of sales goals and operations processes

  • Ability to pass the iCRYO Cryotherapy Exam following initial training.

Minimum Educational Level/Certifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification from approved organization is required (within 60 days of employment).

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in fitness, retail, or wellness industry preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales preferred.

Physical Demands/ Environmental Conditions

  • Ability to work in office; move about center and club

  • Ability to communicate telephonically with members

  • Ability to access and operate company computer systems including: document preparation, data entry, read and interpret general and financial reports from a computer data base or email system

  • While performing the duties of this job, the team member may be exposed to potentially hazardous materials and/or pathogens

  • Ability to work a varied schedule to support the needs of the business, including frequent extended workdays, weekends, and holidays may be required

Travel Requirement

  • Minimum travel may be required for training purpose and lead generation.

WORKPLACE SAFETY: In addition to defined working conditions and physical requirements, employees are accountable for working safely; following established policies & procedures; and reporting all injuries and hazards to their supervisor immediately.

Supervisors and Managers are accountable for ensuring the safety performance of employees; applying consistent practices in compliance with federal, state and local regulations; providing guidance to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

There are eligibility requirements for each plan based on your position, hire and/or service date and your average hours worked. Benefit eligible team members may also accrue vacation hours. All 24 Hour Team members, and their eligible dependents, receive a complimentary membership.

Compensation Summary

All Employees: Free Club Membership, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Basic Group Live and AD&D Insurance ($10,000), and 401k Savings and Investment Plan.

Average of 30 hours or more per week: Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits, Paid Time Off, and Sickness Benefits (in addition to the above).

Actual offer may vary from posted hiring range based on location, work experience, and/or education.

Pay Range: $17.51 - $18.54
